BARS Balancing to County Reports

Since the county is effectively "the bank" it is important to reconcile your cash (and investment) balance to the county reports. The BARS Main Module:

	allows for entry of vouchers, cash receipts and other transactions (transfers, non-voucherable expenses, etc)
	calculates cash reconciliation balance for each period
	provides cash reconciliation report for printing your reconciled and unreconciled revenues, expenses and cash balances
